6.My little sister asked me 【not to】 leave her alone at home.//ask sb (not)to do sth.动词不定式的否定结构是在to 前面加个not.
7.It 【is】 the second time in two years that we have seen the night face to face.//从这句话的意思来看,说话人在当前时刻,是现在时.（如果是过去时的话用was,这种情况下要把have改成had；但是仅仅凭这一句话,无法判断时态）.
