It seems to me that I have had too much Chinese food?

It seems to me that I have had too much Chinese food?
sometimes I feel uncomfortablewhen I read
foreign classic books such as war and peace,
or pride and prejudice and so on.I think
they are very hard to digest in my input or
my culture.sometime I gave it up because they
are too obscure to understand. it seems to me
that I have had too long and too much Chinese
food, when I have western food for a while,
I will feel uncomfortable as stomaches.
