1.Get the E-mail of confirmation from the customer
2.Get the confirmation from Richard.( Submit the Travel Requisitions on Portal and wait for Richard's reply)
3.Send me the necessary information for ticket booking,including the destination,flying time,discount or full price,etc.And also the information for hotel booking,including hotel name,room price standard,room type,etc.Special needs should marked.
4.Confirmation.
5.Issue the ticket.
For the tickets paid by the company,Richard's E-mail reply is enough.Other steps are as the same as above.
