Arcelor公司为了解决法律代理方面的问题,采取了双重签字制度.为了排除法律授予董事会的代理权利所带来的不利影响,公司通过两个授权的代理人的共同签字,将权力授予第三方.
所有授权的代理人是公司董事会指定的,因此这也同时限制了他们的权力.

Arcelor has adopted a dual-signature system for purposes of legal representation.Without prejudice to the power of representation granted to the Board of Directors by law,the Company is only committed to third parties through the joint signature of two authorised representatives.
All authorised representatives are appointed by the Board of Directors which also determines the scope of their powers.
