这里应该是不用的,既然有But,那么代表后面是否定的意思,那就应该是没“有任何人听自己的意见”,neither of them其实就变成了nobody,nobody不就是只能用单数谓语了吗?所以是listens了.如：nobody is here./ neither of them is here.
