103房间翻成英语是ROOM 103,还是ROOM in 103,还是ROOM Oof 103?中间要加介词吗?

不要介词.We have booked Room 103.那翻成the room boooked 103 isok可以吗不行，语法不通。还有一句想请问，是否需要的文件是如下所示，翻成英语是whether the materials is below还是whether the materials as below，还是is as below?怎么区分is as below 是可以的，但如果主语是复数，系词应该用 are。另外 whether 只能用作连词，引导从句，不能用作疑问句的疑问词。你的句子可以翻译成：Would you please tell us whether the materials you need are as below?谢谢.主要是想搞清楚below的用法，直接说Would you please tell us whether the materials you need is below?可以吗？单用is below和as below都不对吗？ps:有网友说应该用whether thematerials you needis laid below? 对不对？
