如果在货物到达科威特之前你能准备好文件,那你就在你这边的科威特使馆提交申请,否则就别提交了.我们的货是卫生部的货,所以我们不能等文件好了再清关.

Our first shipment sailed from there on 11/07/12 and it will reach in Kuwait by first week of August.Today is 23rd August and if you submit today in Kuwait Embassy it will not get in time.So we don’t want do legalization there since it will be delayed and we cannot clear shipment in time.
If you can arrange documents before reach in Kuwait,then only submit Kuwait embassy at your end.Otherwise do not submit it.Our shipment for Ministry of Health so we cannot wait for documents to clear shipment.
