很简单.seat是及物动词后面要加宾语,所以它的一个用法是seat oneself,这样的短语可以转换成be seated.这样的短语有不少,不知道你总结过没有,和汉语的习惯不一样,例如be dressed/devoted等.remain和be一样都是连系动...那seat和sit之间有什么区别？词本身意思没怎么区分，关键是用法不一样。seat及物，sit不及物。高中考试超不出这个范围。
