Online Appointment system:
All non-emergency U.S.Citizen Services now need an appointment.You can make your appointment on our website’s appointment page.
Inquiries on Nonimmigrant Visas:
ShanghaiACS@state.gov email address cannot answer questions on Non-Immigrant Visas.For NIV questions please refer to U.S.Consulate Shanghai website or contact the Visa Information Call Center.
Immigrant Visas:
U.S.Consulate Shanghai does not issue immigrant visas.More information on Immigrant Visas can be found on the Guangzhou Consulate Immigrant Visa website and at the U.S.Citizenship and Immigration Services Beijing Office.
