How do you get along with your roomates?

We have been being a family.
In our dorm I had 6 brothers who came from same province-Shandong.In my memory we seldom quarraled with each other,even though there was samll conflict it passed quickly because we are men and we have so many common ground.
And most important thing to keep frendship is to be good-tempered and honest.
