after + 一段时间 和 after+点时间 这个时态有区别吗?

after+点时间：He came home after 10 o'clock last night.after + 一段时间(这里的时间段一般不是具体时间,如,一般不说after three days ,,而是three days after.,但可以说 after a period of time ) ,如：They had...追问那Tom didnot watch TV ____half past nine AafterB until我知道选Bnot ....until但老师问我们为什么after不行，意思理解也通啊？ 这个问题我想了很久啊........ 还是没想出原因Tom didnot watch TV _until ___half past nine这句话只能用until 直到。。。才。。。另例句：He hasn't come to see me after that .那件事之后，他再没来过。请比较。
