分析一下这句英语语法的错误

I saw your name on a list of teacher who .（后面就省了)
我知道是这个teacher错误了应该要用复数,但是这是为什么呢?
首先一张老师的名单,应该就是有很多老师,而且who后面的谓语也很重要啊,你怎么能把它省了呢,有可能就是复数的形式啊
It was a long time since I saw Tom at my uncle's and I don't know where he's been these months
那个was为什么要改成is呢?因为后面是saw 用was 就要had seen
The ship hardly left the port when a terrible storm came
为什么要在hardly前面加had呢?
no sooner ……than hardly…… when 这些形式的词组 省略号里的时态要用过去完成
The time is sure to came when my words come ture
在come前加will又是为什么呢?
这是定语从句而不是状语从句,时间状语从句就可以用现在表示将来,定语从句要 符合时态,所以用will
