the universe means the earth,the sun,the moon and the space between them.many of the stars are so far away that we can see them.the moon,our satellite,travels around the earth.it has already been visited by man from the Earth man-made satellites have been sent up into space by many countries.they go round the Earth.They are used for helping us to learn more about the earth,the weather and other things.they are also used for sending and receiving message.it makes people form different countries understand each other much better.so people say the world itself is becoming a much smaller place.people call the small place"the global village"
