区别就是：
第一个是正确的； 第二个是错的.
只有在后面的名词被限定词（冠词,物主代词）修饰时才可用of,即 most of the children谢谢您，那all students和 all of the students , 也是一个道理了。是的不过all 这个词由于可作前位限定词， 可以不用of(和both一样）如： all of the students = all the students all (of ) my studentsboth his arms.
