Abstract:
Although the publishing industry of Guiyang has been playing an important role in the development and modernization process of cultural industries in Guizhou,and has made important contributions to the industrial economy of Guiyang,its development still remains at a low level nationwide,and lags far behind that of the developed provinces.Therefore,for further prospering and developing the publishing industry of Guiyang,the publishing enterprises have to continuously change their modes of economic growth,enhance independent innovations,adhere to the principle of "content is king",strive to produce excellent books,cultivate well-known publishing brands,extend the policy of opening to the outside world and persevere in the combination of "going out" with "introducing in"; while the government should intensify efforts of policy and funds supports to it and standardize the market mechanism,so as to promote the development of Guiyang’s publishing industry in a better,faster and healthy way,as well as to make Guiyang’s publishing industry bigger and stronger.
