Make sure that your subcontractors are well informed and that you have their specialists on site when you need them.
I particularly stress on getting more GDI welders,fitters and electricians to site on very short notice.
Without a prompt increase of GDI manpower you will not achieve the target (see minutes of weekly meetings of the last few weeks as well).
