From my chair,frankly,it is the best way to stay health to take the combination of regular schedule and exercise and a healthy diet.And I have several reasons.
First,regular schedule can guarantee us enough time for sleep.As we all known,good sleep is the basic of abundand energy and good performance for the next day.
Second,exercise is also important,because only if we do exercise,we can stand in a state of being dynamic,which can maintain a good not only mentality but also physics.
Besides the above two point,here comes my third one.It rarely surprises us any more that an increasing people are accustomed to eating outside,which contains much more calories or sugar that we don't need to take in.And this will be the hinder in our way to stay health.So a healthy diet is necessary.
In conclusion,this is my personal idea.
