In the initial phase,you are expected to improve design strategy for new equipments.(I will email you the factory preliminary layout design and equipment & tooling blueprint for your reference).

改了不少,你看看.我不知道prophase是你们一定要用的专有名词还是什么的.我都帮你换成initial phase,或是可以换成 initial stage...因为prophase 据我所知是生物专有的细胞分裂状态的名词.
还有,你的工作范围写得太不详细了.而且太简单了.
