英语中 是不是形容词做定语要前置 动词ing形式作定语要后置

不一定.有些表语形容词作定语时后置,如：
all the cats alive中的alive后置.
形容词短语作定语时也一般是后置,如：
a man interested in science中的interested in science.
单个的动词ing形式作定语多是前置,如：
a running boy
a walking stick
少数也后置,如：
the question given
动词ing形式的短语作定语后置,如：
the question raised by the teacher
