My english listening is so poor.Everone who can tell me how to improve?

Well,you are facing such problems because you don't practise enough,I assume that when you are listening to a record,you are trying hard to translate what you heard to Chinese,and try to understand it.This will slow your speed to catch up with the record.

My head is full of English when I talk English.I think it is so difficult.
