In your experience,what is the best way to learn a language?

Don't worry about how to learn a language .
I have learned English for 10 years,so I have some experience about how to learn a language well .
You must remember words because words are the most important for learning a language.You had batter practice speaking .For example ,you can speak with foreigners because it's important to learn a language well .You should read books about a language .I think it's also a good way to learn a language .You can learn a language on TV .
If you do all these things,I believe that you will learn a language well .
