当里到那里的时候,能不能给我拿点邮票.
A不太好,感觉是中国式英文.
C太离谱了.叉叉掉
D好象也通,感觉意思是：如果你到那了,给我拿几张邮票.
但是我PREFER B,因为WHILE有‘当.的时候’ 的意思 =]
