spend ..on sth 和spend..(in) doing sth 意思相同,是spend的两种不同用法.
各举一例：
I spend 2 minutes on books everyday.
= I spend 2 minutes (in) reading everyday.in可以省略.意思一样：在做某事上花费了多少时间嗯嗯
