不少,resulting及其后面的成分做前半句的结果状语,此时resulting的逻辑主语就是前半句这件事,整个结构相当于...,which results in two.
2.whoever want to succeed needs to make plans in detail to make sure everything is on track.能去掉is吗?谢!

这是个that引导的宾语从句,that本身省略了；is是从句谓语动词,不能省.
